Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your windscreen must be in the same condition that you received it, unfitted or unused, You will also need your original invoice number.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@heatedwindscreen.com, or call us on +44 (0)1827283688. If your return is accepted, we’ll liaise with you with regards to the best way to return the windscreen either via post or drop off. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are of course shipping extremely fragile items so we do require you to check them on the day you receive them as otherwise the insured service we offer becomes invalid.
After you have initially told us about the issue we will then also need some supporting photos so that we can start insurance claims our side.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We try to work with you in every way we can, but we can't accept windscreens that have already been bonded into a car so please check everything is as you require before fitting.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As this is glass and return shipping is not easy we will always try to work with you to arrange a convenient swap also.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
