We accept credit card payment.
Your card company will convert the final amount charged in British Pounds into your own currency.
Credit cards are not debited until your goods are ready to be despatched. You will be notified by email if an items is not in stock with an expected delivery date. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait Goods are sent by Nightspeed and will arive before 12 noon on the UK mainland. Please ensure you check goods on arrival, as once signed for, breakages cannot be accepted. Should the goods need to be returned for any reason you must notify ourselves within 2 working days for approval to return the item. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Heatedwindscreen.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
